Push Health is our HIPAA-compliant medical platform built with bank-level security and encryption. It connects patients with providers virtually for concierge telemedicine care. Since 2013, thousands of patients and providers have benefited from its accessibility and price transparency. Push Health is also LegitScript certified.
No. All services are paid directly using a credit card, HSA/FSA account, or PayPal. No insurance is accepted or required. Transparent pricing is displayed upfront before any charges are applied.
CNL Medical typically responds within 1–2 hours. We ask patients to allow up to 12 hours in case of any delays. We are available 365 days a year, 9 AM to 9 PM.
We currently serve patients in Florida, New York, Georgia, and Alabama. If you are visiting one of these states, you are eligible to request a prescription during your stay.
For commercial medications, we send prescriptions to your preferred local pharmacy same day. For compound medications, we partner with PCAB-accredited compound pharmacies: Designer Drugs Pharmacy (Chattanooga, TN — 423-954-2585) and Preston’s Compounding Pharmacy (Falls Church, VA — 571-341-8787).
Yes. CNL Medical operates primarily through secure messaging on the Push Health platform. Most consultations are completed via text-based messaging, though phone calls are available when needed. No video is required.
In most cases, yes. Our providers can review your medication history and issue a refill for many non-controlled medications. We cannot prescribe controlled substances such as Percocet, Xanax, or Phentermine. New mental health prescriptions are not available, though we can assist with refills of existing mental health medications.
Yes. CNL Medical operates through Push Health, which is HIPAA-compliant and LegitScript certified — the leading healthcare compliance standard trusted by major companies and governments worldwide. Payment is processed via Braintree and credit card data is never stored in the system.
Push Health works as a web-based application optimized for any device with internet access. An optional app is also available for iOS and Android devices.
